As part of my advisory services for Metanoise (a Web 3.0 organization focused on helping Web2.0 companies transition to Web 3.0), I attended The Future Shape 360 (FS360)” conference in Denver, Colorado.
This conference was unique in several manners. First, unlike other NFT conferences I was invited to, such as NFT NYC, NFT Live in Arizona, or Art Basel 2021, and others, which were great and informative in their own special ways, this conference was not based only on panels and conversation on stage. Though there were discussions, panels, and lectures regarding Web 3.0, the point of FS360 was to create an IRL Alpha group, meaning a group of Influencers that meet in the real world and design the future of the Internet, together.
Another somewhat unique thing was that the conference was tokenized entirely: Using the conference’s nonfungible token, attendees could have access to everything they needed, including hotel, food and drinks, transportation, and of course, access to the conference itself.
FS360 offered an entire web 3.0 experience. For instance, there were shows by Dj Don Diablo and DJ Deadmau5. Not only were there some awesome parties, they also had a section where you could wear VR glasses, and then virtually paint; That way, we could experience art and music in the Metaverse.
But it was not all parties and laughs: I also hosted a panel with some of the leading women in the industry, talking about diversity, equality and opportunities for women in Web 3.0 space, hoping to impact women everywhere.
As I know firsthand, this will not be the last conference of FS360, and more are coming ahead. After these past few days of a perfect web 3.0 experience, we will continue to bond and deliberate while we design the future of the Internet as we speak.
